• Experience leading teams and enterprise-wide L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of learning programs aligned with business strategy and priorities.
• Partner with HR, Talent, and leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align programs with enterprise standards.
• Provide strategic guidance in designing and administering effective learning programs.
• Review program effectiveness using metrics and data analytics to drive improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for learning challenges with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in learning and development.
