Job summary

Federal Express Corporation seeks a senior learning leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve the global Grow program for frontline, operational, and corporate staff. You will act as a key partner to HR and senior leaders to align learning with enterprise priorities and workforce capability needs.

You will oversee large-scale programs, manage vendor relationships, and analyze impact using performance data to drive continuous improvement across One FedEx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, OD, Psychology or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years designing global learning strategy and large-scale programs.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide L&D initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver global learning programs aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and strategies.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define goals and objectives for each function and region.
• Provide guidance on program design, delivery, and administration across One FedEx.
• Measure program impact using performance metrics and analytics; drive improvements.
• Escalate and resolve challenges with stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with learning trends and technologies to enhance programs.
