Job summary

You will partner with HR and business leaders to align learning strategies with enterprise priorities and workforce capability needs.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, guide vendor relationships, and leverage analytics to drive impact, cost efficiency, and global standards across One FedEx.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations.
• Ten years of global HR or L&D experience in learning strategy and workforce capability.
• Ability to lead teams and manage enterprise-wide L&D initiatives.
• Expertise in aligning learning with business strategy and enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs aligned with business strategy.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify learning needs and objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance in designing and administering effective learning programs.
• Review program effectiveness using metrics and analytics to drive improvement.
• Serve as escalation point for learning challenges with stakeholders and vendors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches.
