Job summary

Federal Express Corporation is seeking a Learning & Development leader to design, deliver, and continuously improve FedEx’s Grow program across global functions. You will partner with HR and business leaders, align strategies with enterprise priorities, and drive performance and workforce capability in frontline to corporate roles.

This role requires 10+ years of global L&D experience and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Ten (10) years’ experience in learning strategy, talent development, workforce capability building or related HR experience in a global organization.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale learning programs across diverse employee populations (e.g., frontline, operational, corporate).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and delivery of comprehensive learning programs across FedEx functions, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational priorities.
• Partner with HR, Talent, and business leaders to identify capability gaps and define learning strategies that support workforce readiness and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, goals, and objectives aligned with organizational learning strategies.
• Provide strategic guidance and direction in designing, implementing, and administering effective learning programs that address the specific requirements of each function, workforce type, and/or region while aligning with FedEx global standards.
• Review learner program effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback loops, and data analytics, driving continuous improvement.
• Serve as the escalation point for learning challenges, resolving issues in collaboration with internal, cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and learning partners to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and consistent solutions across One FedEx.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative approaches and technologies into program design.
