Federal Express Corporation seeks a strategic executive to own the global Join & Grow experience for senior leaders (Director and above). You will align talent acquisition, learning & development, and HR business partners to accelerate productivity and improve retention across the organization.

Responsibilities include forecasting talent needs, designing leadership development, and guiding executive talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or related HR functions.
• Proven experience leading executive-level talent functions.
• Experience designing enterprise-wide employee experience strategies for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the global strategy, governance, and execution of the Join & Grow experience for executives (Director and above).
• Forecast short- and long-term talent supply/demand and align sourcing with business strategy.
• Design enterprise leadership development strategies for executives, including onboarding and transitions.
• Support succession planning and pipeline development for critical executive roles.
• Provide trusted advisory to leaders on executive talent decisions, including hiring and promotions.
• Act as senior escalation point for Executive Join & Grow challenges across global teams.
