Reporting to the Director of Global Talent and Learning, the role translates priorities into scalable learning solutions that enhance performance across regions and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience including talent development and/or organizational capability.
• 5+ years experience as a people leader preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise learning and capability strategy.
• Establish a multi-year learning roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Translate priorities into capability-building initiatives that improve performance.
• Ensure content is culturally relevant and adaptable for field teams and offices.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to address capability gaps and priorities.
• Oversee global team development programs embedding H&P values and leadership practices.
• Drive enterprise-wide collaboration to optimize learning effectiveness and reduce duplicated efforts.
• Own governance of the Global Training Framework and Authorized Trainer Network.
