Job summary

You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast capabilities, implement multilingual programs, and ensure safety and performance improvements through targeted development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience including talent development and/or organizational capability.
• Leadership experience is preferred (5+ years).
• Workday experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise learning and capability strategy.
• Develop multi-year learning roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives.
• Oversee global training framework governance and regional execution.
• Partner with leaders to close workforce capability gaps and drive performance improvements.
• Champion continuous learning, inclusion, and safety across the workforce.
