The ideal candidate has 10+ years in HR, 5+ years as a people leader, and experience with talent reviews, leadership development, and mobility initiatives across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of broad HR experience including talent/performance management.
• 5+ years experience as a people leader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Management team with enterprise scope.
• Own and enhance the enterprise talent review process for rigor and outcomes.
• Drive identification and movement of high-potential and key talent.
• Partner with leaders to implement differentiated development and mobility strategies.
• Align talent review and succession insights with compensation and retention.
• Oversee global succession planning for leadership and critical roles.
• Build strong successor pipelines and leadership bench strength.
• Translate business challenges into practical talent solutions.
