Job summary

Helmerich & Payne (H&P) is seeking a Manager, Global Development & Learning in Tulsa, OK to lead enterprise learning, capability development, and organizational effectiveness strategies. You will translate priorities into scalable learning solutions that boost performance across regions and business units.

Responsibilities include building a multi-year roadmap, partnering with leaders to identify gaps, and guiding the Global Training Framework from design to sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of HR experience including talent development and/or organizational capability.
• 5+ years experience as a people leader preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise learning and capability strategy.
• Establish multi-year learning roadmap aligned to enterprise objectives and workforce needs.
• Translate priorities into targeted capability-building initiatives.
• Ensure content is culturally relevant and adaptable for field, office, and regional audiences.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to address critical capability gaps.
• Oversee governance of Global Training Framework and regional execution.
