Job summary

Swoon is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition team with end-to-end interview coordination and a seamless candidate experience.

In this role you will manage interview logistics, communicate clearly with candidates and hiring managers, and ensure timely scheduling across multiple time zones using Workday Recruiter. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a positive interview process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience supporting technical recruiting teams preferred.
• Experience managing interview scheduling across multiple teams and time zones.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS); Workday Recruiting preferred.
• Experience with interview scheduling platforms is a plus; Rooster experience is not required.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule logistics with candidates and interview panels for high-volume interviews.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and TA Partners.
• Ensure clear, accurate communication of interview logistics to candidates and teams.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and obtain additional availability when necessary.
• Escalate issues and report scheduling challenges to the TA Partner.
