Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment with SaaS experience.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging top talent.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring and diverse pipelines.
• Ability to use hiring data to influence decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• Background in remote-first SaaS environments.
• Experience recruiting for senior-level tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead global searches to attract top talent across functions and levels.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting using Everway’s processes.
• Coach hiring managers and guide equitable candidate experience.
• Leverage data to drive decisions and report metrics.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
• Ensure regional hiring regulations and best practices.
