Job summary

Gearset is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12 month fixed-term contract to join our Cambridge team. You will embed within key business functions, partnering with hiring managers to drive data-informed recruitment across the UK and US, and take ownership of scaling our global teams.

You will own the candidate journey end-to-end, act as a Gearset ambassador, and deliver a high-touch, high-quality hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in tech or B2B SaaS.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and headhunting.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Data-driven with recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full 360 recruitment across UK and US.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs.
• Drive data-informed recruitment strategies and SLAs.
• Manage candidate journey end-to-end and brand.
• Collaborate with People team and stakeholders.
• Utilize Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing.
