Legence is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to drive high-impact hiring across business units. You will partner with executives, HR, and hiring managers to align talent strategies with business goals and deliver a world-class candidate experience.

In this 6‑month role, you will own full-cycle recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and build pipelines for critical roles, using data insights to improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Expertise in consultative recruiting to influence hiring teams.
• Advanced sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Experience working with executive leadership and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end process from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborative Hiring: partner with managers to understand role requirements and sourcing.
• Candidate Sourcing & Screening: direct outreach, networking, referrals, initial screenings.
• Interview Coordination: schedule, guide, and coordinate with interview teams.
• Talent Pipeline Management: build high-impact pipelines for critical roles.
• Executive & Stakeholder Engagement: advise on hiring and market conditions.
• Employer Branding: support branding across channels.
• Data Driven Talent Acquisition: use metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
• Process Improvement: enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
