G-P, a global employment platform, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to scale technical, GTM, and corporate hiring across international markets. Based in Ireland or aligned to EMEA hours, you will guide candidates through complex offer details and multi-country payroll considerations.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, present compelling compensation models, and ensure compliance with local rules while partnering with HR, Payroll, and Finance to maintain pipeline health and stellar candidate

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience navigating cross-border hiring and international employment considerations.
• Familiarity with sales incentive structures, OTE, and commission plans.
• Ability to source, screen, and engage specialized engineering and business talent.
• Global hiring exposure across regions with local compliance awareness.
• Experience in fast-paced global SaaS, tech, or professional services environments; Greenhouse preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Technical, GTM, and non-tech roles across regions.
• Explain variable compensation models and sales incentive plans to candidates.
• Ensure offers and terms comply with local regulations and hiring policies.
• Proactively source qualified passive candidates using targeted methods.
• Partner with hiring managers to align role expectations and streamline interviews.
• Collaborate with HR Ops, Payroll, Compensation, and Finance for smooth handoffs.
