Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our global recruiting infrastructure and drive operational excellence across end-to-end hiring. You will oversee recruiting systems and processes, accelerating our hiring experience as we scale for growth.

You’ve held a senior Talent Acquisition Operations role, built or scaled a function at a high-growth tech company, know Ashby in depth, and have used AI in recruiting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in recruiting or talent acquisition
• 3+ years in recruiting operations or programs
• Experience at high-growth tech or SaaS companies
• Strong aptitude with AI and automation
• Strong analytical skills and experience building dashboards
• Proven project and change management skills
• Experience partnering with People Operations, HRIS, and IT on integrations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Global experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruiting process focusing on rigor, data, automation and candidate experience
• Build SOPs, SLAs and structured interviewing globally
• Partner with People Analytics to build recruiting metrics for executives
• Partner with Legal and People teams to ensure compliant hiring globally
• Manage ATS tools and data integrity; promote AI-driven automation
• Provide regular enablement to recruiters on tools and workflows
• Enable recruiters to share Delinea story externally
