Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Operations Manager who can architect and scale an AI-enabled talent acquisition function. The candidate will lead AI workflow deployment, conversations with candidates, and end-to-end recruiting infrastructure improvements.

The role collaborates with Finance, Digital Innovation, and IT to deliver measurable improvements in speed and quality of hires, while ensuring data protection and fairness.

Qualifications

• Expert-level experience deploying reliable AI workflows in recruiting.
• Production experience with conversational agents and integrated systems.
• Ability to build and guide AI-enabled recruiting platforms and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own AI architecture and delivery from design to deployment and adoption.
• Deploy conversational AI for requisition intake and scheduling with human handoffs.
• Own recruiting infrastructure, data quality, integrations, and vendor performance.
• Partner with Finance on workforce planning and track hiring metrics and AI impact.
• Enable recruiters and hiring leaders with practical AI capabilities and adoption of prototypes.
• Establish testing, monitoring, access controls, data protection, and fairness safeguards.
