Job summary

Delinea is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to lead the transformation of our global recruiting infrastructure and drive operational excellence across the end-to-end hiring experience. You will oversee recruiting systems, programs, and processes, scaling for growth while leveraging AI in recruiting and working with a VP of Talent and leadership team.

You’ll design processes, own program strategy, and partner with Legal, People Operations, and IT to ensure compliant hiring

Qualifications

• 5+ years proven success in a recruiting or talent acquisition role
• 3+ years in recruiting operations or recruiting programs
• Experience with AI in recruiting is a plus
• Experience building or redesigning recruiting processes and programs

Responsibilities

• Redesign end-to-end recruiting process focusing on rigor, data and candidate experience
• Build SOPs, SLAs and structured interviewing practices globally
• Partner with People Analytics to build recruiting metrics and dashboards
• Manage ATS usage, data integrity and introduce AI-driven automation
