Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable tools; ability to use AI tools in recruiting workflows responsibly.
• Agile and adaptable in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and update job descriptions.
• Create compelling job postings and distribute them to platforms.
• Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for global roles.
• Screen candidates through resume reviews and interviews; assess fit.
