New Era Technology is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition & Strategy Manager to lead end-to-end hiring in India while overseeing a global recruiting team supporting North America, Europe, and other markets.

You will drive workforce planning, scalable recruitment solutions, and stakeholder alignment with senior leaders. The role emphasizes data-driven decision‑making, process improvement, and strong employer branding across regions.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Current designation as Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or equivalent.
• Experience leading India-based recruitment and/or supporting international hiring through offshore models.
• Knowledge of international recruitment practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and delivery for hiring across India.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers in India to understand workforce planning and priorities.
• Develop scalable recruitment strategies for India and offshore support for international markets.
• Mentor the India-based recruiting team to ensure capacity, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with US, Canada, Europe, and other regions to balance demand with India-based support.
• Own recruitment metrics and dashboards (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Offer Acceptance, Cost per Hire).
• Drive process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Build strong pipelines for niche and leadership IT roles.
• Coordinate with HR, Compensation, and business leaders through the hiring lifecycle.
