Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Recruitment Relationship Manager II to lead fulfilment of open vacancies and be the primary contact for hiring needs. You will collaborate with RSSs, RCs, and TAs across delivery centers, driving best practices in the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Understand the recruitment delivery process and carry out activities to meet account KPIs.
• Communicate recruitment trends, market intelligence, and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
• Partner with AGS COEs and shared services to navigate client needs.
• Manage stakeholders to prevent escalations and anticipate roadblocks.
• Coach candidates and provide feedback in a timely, consultative manner.
• Lead and mentor RSSs, TAs, and RCs on the account.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and client processes across recruitment lifecycles.
