Orange Logic is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full-cycle recruitment for global roles, partnering with hiring managers to define roles and attract top talent. You will craft compelling postings, source candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-enabled tools, and ensure a smooth, human-centered candidate experience.

The Talent Acquisition Executive identifies, attracts, and recruits top-tier talent across global markets. This role builds high-performing teams through close partnership with hiring managers and end-to-end recruiting, using AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve sourcing, insight, and efficiency while preserving a thoughtful, human candidate experience.

Your Role at Orange Logic:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, team goals, and role requirements; assist in updating job descriptions and specifications
• Create compelling job postings and strategically distribute them across appropriate digital platforms to attract quality candidates
• Source, engage, and build strong talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, other global recruiting platforms, and AI-enabled sourcing tools
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for global roles, as assigned by the Head of Talent Acquisition
• Screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, reference checks, and other assessments to evaluate qualifications and alignment with role requirements
• Use AI tools and recruiting technology to streamline research, candidate outreach, workflow tasks, and recruiting insights; review outputs for accuracy and apply human judgment to all hiring decisions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding them on interview strategies, selection best practices, and offer negotiations
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, internal policies, and hiring regulations, and handle candidate information responsibly
• Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, technical, or SaaS environment
• Deep knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and hiring compliance
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable recruiting tools; demonstrated ability or strong aptitude for using AI tools in recruiting workflows responsibly
• Agile and adaptable, with a strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a consistent ability to meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative and professional demeanor

Compensation:

The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
