This role drives end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and multi-state compliance, especially CA and TX, while coordinating with headquarters and external CPAs. It suits a driven professional in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US HR and full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with automotive aftermarket or retail is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of multi-state employment laws, especially CA/TX.
• Excellent communication and remote-work discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for U.S. branch operations, focusing on sales, account management, and technical service roles.
• Build talent pipelines via LinkedIn, Indeed, and automotive groups across major MSAs.
• Oversee onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination with HQ and CPAs, and compliance.
