Job summary

White Circle, an AI Safety company, seeks a hands-on Talent Lead to own and build our hiring function. You will drive hiring across the company, create scalable recruiting processes, and track performance in collaboration with the Head of People.

You will source across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering, lead international hiring, and build a data-driven, candidate-centric recruitment function from scratch. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience running hiring at a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience building recruiting operations and processes.
• Experience with international hiring across multiple countries and markets.
• Fluency in English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Own and run the hiring process end-to-end (sourcing, screening, interviews, closing).
• Source and hire candidates across the company in a hands-on role.
• Build interview loops, scorecards, pipelines, and candidate tracking.
• Define roles, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Drive hiring across GTM, Ops, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Lead international hiring across the US, EU, UK, and other markets.
