This role emphasizes stakeholder management, structured interviewing, and leveraging ATS/CRM and AI tools to forecast talent supply and market trends while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret and present labor market data and insights.
• Experience using ATS, CRM, and AI/market intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative talent advisor, building trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and experience.
• Drive structured interview processes with competency-based guides and equitable assessment.
• Leverage AI tools and labor market platforms to provide data on talent supply and trends.
• Set expectations with hiring managers regarding availability, time-to-fill, and compensation.
• Flex focus across geographies for urgent needs and global consistency.
• Coordinate with Acquisition Partners for seamless handoffs and context.
• Partner with Employer Branding and sourcing teams to strengthen pipelines.
• Track and report KPIs, ensuring compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.
