The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on scalable processes, budget stewardship, and close collaboration with Legal and People teams. Remote-friendly with international scope.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in talent acquisition with 5+ years leading TA teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with high requisition volume.
• Direct experience recruiting in NA and India.

Responsibilities

• Own the global TA strategy and operating plan.
• Lead and develop a lean team across North America and India.
• Define and run KPI framework (time to fill, pipeline health, quality of hire).
• Build and apply AI across the recruiting lifecycle.
• Run recruiting in the US, Canada, Mexico, and India with compliance.
• Manage and optimize agency and vendor relationships.
• Act as trusted advisor to executives and hiring managers.
• Move between strategy and execution.
• Partner with Finance and People on headcount planning and brand.
• Build TA leadership bench and career paths.
