Meta is seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will lead supplier lifecycle, category management, and contract oversight for fleetwide services at data centers, coordinating with Sourcing, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to optimize third-party services.

You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and enable efficient procurement across global programs, while navigating complex vendor relationships andAuditing requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Operations or Data Centers.
• Experience handling external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to find, clean and analyze datasets.
• Understanding of services-based global and multi business-unit sourcing, procurement and supply chain.
• Ability to collaborate within multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
• Experience with outsourced maintenance work in data center environments.
• Oversight of third-party services.

Responsabilités

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Consult on the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Act as expert program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions to improve supplier management for Facility Operations.
• Be main contact for supplier engagement initiatives for operational requirements.
• Manage contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts and partner with cross functional teams to reduce inefficiencies.
• Expertise in invoicing and handling complex invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites where vendor issues affect operations.
• Write and implement standards for efficient data center operations.
• Monitor adherence to standards and seek improvements.
• Continuously improve revisions in a dynamic environment.
• Create implementation, compliance, adherence, and communication plans.

Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field
