Meta is seeking a Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle, category management, and contract management for fleetwide services across data centers, coordinating with Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering.

You will optimize processes, serve as the primary contact for supplier issues, and lead continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic, global environment. A Bachelor’s degree and strong stakeholder management are required.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service-focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers or related fields.
• Experience in handling external stakeholders/clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to clean/analyze datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Thorough understanding of services-based global sourcing and procurement.

Aufgaben

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Act as a consultant for the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Serve as an expert program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem-solving activities.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions to improve end-to-end supplier management for Facility Operations.
