Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to lead globally integrated supplier lifecycle and category management for its data-center operations. You will partner with Sourcing, Operations, Legal and Enterprise Engineering to optimize contract management, invoicing and vendor performance.

The role focuses on building scalable programs, cross-functional audits, and efficient supplier engagement across fleetwide services at data center sites.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of operations or service-focused experience.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers or related fields.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to clean and analyze datasets (Excel or similar).
• Solid understanding of global services-based sourcing, procurement and SCM.
• Ability to collaborate in multi-dimensional matrix teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
• Knowledge of manpower services in data centers or outsourced maintenance.
• Experience with third-party services oversight.
• Excellent communications and reporting at all levels.
• Ability to scope initiatives with limited context.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.

• Create and enable business review framework and audits.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Serve as a program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions to improve end-to-end supplier management.
• Be the main point of contact for supplier engagement initiatives.
• Manage contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts and reduce inefficiencies.
• Provide invoicing expertise and resolve invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites for vendor-related operational issues.
• Write and implement standards for data center operations.
• Monitor adherence to standards and seek improvements.
• Continuously improve revisions for a dynamic environment.
• Create implementation, compliance, adherence, and communication plans.
