Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps Business Operations Excellence team. The role leads global supplier management programs, drives category management, audits, and contract oversight for fleetwide services at data centers.

The role partners with Sourcing, Legal, Enterprise Engineering and Operations to optimize invoicing, Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes, and supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with ability to clean and analyze datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Experience handling external stakeholders/clients effectively in a matrix organization.
• Experience with sourcing, procurement, supplier lifecycle, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for supplier category management and lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review frameworks and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement to improve supplier management across data center operations.
• Serve as main program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem-solving.
• Develop scalable programmatic solutions to optimize end-to-end supplier management for Facility Operations.
