Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. The role focuses on driving the supplier management program across fleetwide services, in partnership with Sourcing, Operations, Legal and Enterprise Engineering.

You will manage contracts, invoicing, and lifecycle activities for centralized data center vendors. The position requires strong program management skills in matrix environments, along with experience in procurement, auditing, and

Competenze

8+ years of operations/service experience in a client-facing model.
Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers, Operations or related fields.
Strong external stakeholder management and client handling.
Proficient in data analysis using Excel or similar tools.
Understanding of global services-based sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
Ability to collaborate within multi-dimensional matrix teams.
Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
Experience with outsourcing maintenance work in data center environments.
Vendor management and oversight of third-party services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder reporting skills.
Ability to scope initiatives with minimal context.
Bachelor’s degree in business, operations or a technical field.
