Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle, category management, audits, and contract management for fleetwide services, partnering with Sourcing, Legal and Enterprise Engineering.

You will optimize processes for third‑party services at data center sites and create scalable programmatic solutions, serving as the main contact for supplier issues and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service‑focused business model.
• Experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Construction, Operations, Data Centers or related fields.
• Experience in handling external stakeholders/clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills - ability to find, clean and analyze datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Thorough understanding of services based global and multi business‑units sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate within multi‑dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time sensitive projects and tasks.
• Working knowledge of sourcing and procurement and its relationship to manpower services in data centers.
• Experience in oversight or management of third party services.
• Communications and stakeholder engagement at all levels and reporting experience.
• Ability to navigate and scope initiatives with little context provided.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Advise on Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Serve as a program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions for end‑to‑end supplier management.
• Be main contact for supplier engagement initiatives at fleet level.
• Manage contracts and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts and partner with cross‑functional teams to cut inefficiencies.
• Expertise in invoicing and resolving invoicing issues.
• Support data center sites where vendor issues persist.
• Write and implement standards enabling DC operations teams to run efficiently.
• Monitor standards adherence and drive improvements.
• Continuously improve revisions to a dynamic environment.
• Create implementation, compliance, adherence and comms plans.
