Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join our FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle, category management and contract management for fleetwide data center services, collaborating with Sourcing, Operations, Legal, and Enterprise Engineering to enable efficient procurement and invoicing.

You will create scalable programmatic solutions, act as the main contact for supplier issues, and continuously improve processes across data center

Qualifications

• 8+ years in an operations or service-focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers or similar fields
• Experience handling external stakeholders/clients
• Analyze datasets in Excel or similar tools
• Understanding of global, multi‑unit sourcing and procurement
• Collaborate within multi‑dimensional matrix teams
• Prioritize and deliver on time sensitive projects
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement related to manpower services
• Oversight of third party services
• Strong communications and reporting experience
• Ability to scope initiatives with little context
• Bachelor’s degree in business/operations/technical field

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review framework and audits for supplier performance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Consult on the Purchase Request to Purchase Order process.
• Lead as an expert program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem‑solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions to improve supplier management.
• Be the main contact for supplier engagement initiatives.
• Manage contract and supplier management for fleetwide services.
• Identify duplicative efforts and reduce inefficiencies with cross‑functional partners.
• Navigate invoicing issues and support data center operations.
• Write and implement standards for data center operations.
• Monitor standards adherence and pursue improvements.
• Continuously improve revisions to a dynamic environment.
• Create implementation, compliance and communication plans.
