Job summary

Meta is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager for Data Center Power and Cooling to optimize supply plans, manage supplier performance, and ensure on-time delivery of data center equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks and drive improvements across geographies and new programs.

The role requires 4+ years in supply chain fulfillment operations, strong analytical skills, and experience communicating risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or supply chain management, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in supply chain fulfillment operations.
• Experience managing supplier performance.
• Experience collecting and analyzing information, problem-solve and driving solutions.
• Skilled in risk management and risk mitigation.
• Experience communicating supply chain risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of the supply plan, optimize capacity utilization, and drive timely communications.
• Publish build plan to suppliers, monitor lead times, and track production vs plan.
• Mitigate supply risks and drive improvements with vendors and supplier processes.
• Monitor market conditions and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure readiness for new equipment, suppliers, and geographies.
• Collaborate with Geo Program Delivery Leads, Construction teams and GC to resolve delivery issues.
