Meta is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Supplier Strategy to join the FacOps BOE team. You will drive supplier lifecycle, category management, and contract management for fleetwide services at data centers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operations or service focused business model.
• Experience with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, Operations, Data Centers or related fields.
• Experience handling external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze datasets in Excel or similar tools.
• Understanding of global sourcing, procurement and supply chain management.
• Ability to collaborate within multi‑dimensional matrix teams.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver on time-sensitive projects.
• Experience with third‑party services oversight and management.
• Effective communications and reporting at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage global programs for category management and supplier lifecycle.
• Create and enable business review frameworks and audits for supplier performance and compliance.
• Enable sourcing and procurement for efficient supplier management.
• Act as a consultant for Purchase Request to Purchase Order processes.
• Serve as an expert program manager for matrix teams and drive complex problem-solving.
• Create scalable programmatic solutions to improve end-to-end supplier management in Facility Operations.
• Be the main point of contact for supplier engagement initiatives.
• Manage contract and supplier management for centrally governed fleetwide services.
• Identify and reduce duplicative efforts within supplier strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Invoicing expertise and ability to navigate complex invoicing issues.
