Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads supplier integration for complex or high-risk suppliers and aligns with internal teams.
• Owns and executes supplier strategies with performance expectations.
• Monitors delivery schedules, risks, and budget impacts.
• Manages supplier risk register with mitigation plans.
• Leads supplier readiness assessments at key milestones.
• Drives escalation and recovery for at-risk suppliers.
• Aligns supplier plans with program schedules.
• Identifies early supplier-related risks affecting program decisions.
• Serves as primary supplier execution interface to stakeholders.
• Ensures delivery of product and required technical data.
• Coordinates execution across multiple programs.
• Drives supplier improvement initiatives.
• Mentors Specialists and Senior Specialists.
