Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience heading complex operations, network management, or general management functions.
• Direct experience scaling operational footprints internationally from the United States.
• Deep knowledge of global healthcare delivery models and cross-border regulatory landscapes.
• Proven track record leading high-performing, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and align a cross-functional team to deliver mental healthcare infrastructure globally.
• Shape the long-term global expansion roadmap with focus on service delivery excellence.
• Partner with GTM teams to identify operational readiness for revenue growth and market entry.
• Instill operational rigor, standardization, and process excellence across international fulfilment and support channels.
• Champion local market customization and regional delivery models for regulatory compliance and cultural relevance.
• Build strong relationships with regional providers and fulfilment networks.
• Navigate international regulatory and legal trade-offs to maintain cross-border delivery.
