Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Vice President, Consultant Relations to lead our end-to-end consultant relations strategy and remove barriers to mental health. This remote, travel-heavy role partners with employers, health plans, and consulting firms to expand our reach.

You will mentor a team of seven Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers, drive pipeline growth, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to align efforts with our mission.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare or benefits environment.
• Proven track record leading teams for large/jumbo employer clients.
• Deep relationships with top national benefit consulting firms.
• Ability to navigate complex, rapidly changing environments with a bias toward action.
• Exceptional communication skills with candor and care in negotiations.
• Strong analytical rigor and a data-driven approach to identifying market opportunities.
• Authentic alignment with our mission to eliminate barriers to mental healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a consultant relations strategy across employers and health plan spaces.
• Lead and develop a team of seven Strategic Alliances directors and senior managers.
• Drive pipeline growth through partnerships with national and regional benefits consulting firms.
• Educate the market by building high-level relationships with leaders across top-tier consulting firms.
• Partner with internal marketing to execute targeted consultant campaigns, sponsorships, and events.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to align on our shared mission.
• Provide competitive intelligence to inform product and growth roadmaps.
• Create an environment of psychological safety and trust for team learning.
• Translate company strategy into clear goals and success criteria for the Alliances team.
• Manage team capacity and remove obstacles for sustainable performance.
