Responsibilities

• Master Specialty Care P&L mechanics and drivers.
• Act as the primary financial and operational partner for leadership, translating unit economics into actionable strategies.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Clinical, Marketing and Operations to set strategic roadmaps and drive execution.
• Directly manage clinical operations functions alongside core strategy and ops and align with clinical leadership.
• Build AI into operational and clinical workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Build and own capacity and workforce planning models for scaling teams.
• Define and track key operational metrics for Specialty Care.
• Partner with clinical leaders to establish quality program frameworks and cadences.
• Directly manage, coach, and develop operations team members.
