Sage is seeking a Project Execution and Project Management professional to lead strategic initiatives within the Sales and Success Digital Enablement team. You will drive cross-functional programs, create robust project plans, RACIs, and stakeholder maps, and report outcomes to executives.

Qualifications

• 7 years' experience in business program management, project management or business operations.
• Proven track record collaborating across groups to drive clarity and rhythm of business.
• Proactive change management mindset with strong business acumen.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations to achieve outcomes.
• Experience driving complex multi-stakeholder planning and cross-team programs.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas for leadership and communications.
• Strong verbal and written communications across geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of global strategic initiatives and programs with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, RACIs, stakeholder maps, and communications.
• Foster partnerships with Sales, Customer Success, IT, Marketing and Support.
• Drive consistent program execution within governance and change frameworks.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for project success.
• Resolve issues and promote continuous improvement and lessons learned.
• Establish performance metrics and report program outcomes to leadership.
