Job summary

Abnormal Security Corp. is seeking a Strategic Alliances Manager to own a portfolio of high-priority partnerships, including CrowdStrike and Cyera, and to drive joint GTM initiatives, co-sell opportunities, and executive alignment across global teams.

You will coordinate field-sell motions, enablement, and pipeline management while building quarterly and annual plans to accelerate joint revenue growth with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in alliance or partner management, with co-sell experience in cybersecurity or data security
• Strong understanding of security ecosystems and enterprise buying
• Proven ability to scale co-sell pipelines and drive revenue growth
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own Abnormal’s global relationships with CrowdStrike, Cyera, and other managed-phase partners across co-sell, enablement, programs, and joint GTM
• Facilitate and manage co-selling opportunities and joint sales engagements between partner field teams and Abnormal
• Drive pipeline development with partner field sellers and alliance counterparts; track opportunities and bookings for forecasts
• Develop and deliver joint GTM initiatives, sales enablement content, and training to accelerate adoption across partner ecosystems
• Build executive-level relationships to drive strategic alignment and joint planning
• Develop annual and quarterly partner business plans with pipelines and targets
• Represent Abnormal at partner events and identify ecosystem alignment opportunities
• Serve as escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues requiring partner coordination
• Manage partner lifecycle transitions into the managed phase with structured joint planning
