Abnormal AI is seeking a VP, Global Channels to lead our worldwide partner ecosystem. You will own end-to-end channel strategy, deepen top partner relationships, and scale programs to drive cross-sell across regions including North America, EMEA, and APJ.

You will build a global channel organization, partner with Sales/Marketing/Product, and set governance through metrics for executive visibility. This role demands startup speed with a builder mindset and credibility with partner executives

Formación

12+ years in channel/partner sales leadership, including VP level experience.
Experience leading a global channel org (NA, EMEA, APJ).
Direct executive relationships with major channel partners and distributors.

Responsabilidades

Own and scale global channel strategy across resellers/distributors in NA, EMEA, APJ.
Build and lead executive-level relationships with top partners.
Design programs and incentives to drive cross-sell through the channel.
Extend Abnormal AI's GTM with partners into new product categories.
Own Public Sector channel strategy and relationships.
Build and scale a high-performing global channel org.
Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product to align strategy.
Establish channel metrics, forecasting, and reporting.
