Abnormal AI seeks a Strategic Alliances Manager to own and expand high-priority partnerships globally, starting with CrowdStrike and Cyera. Qualifications

• 5+ years of alliance or partner management experience with top cybersecurity vendors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for C-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record in co-sell and joint GTM programs.
• Ability to develop annual and quarterly business plans per partner.
• Experience managing multiple partners and stakeholders in a fast-growth environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Abnormal's global partner relationships across co-sell, enablement, programs, executive alignment, and GTM.
• Facilitate and manage co-selling opportunities and joint sales engagements between partner field teams and Abnormal.
• Drive pipeline development with partner field sellers and alliance counterparts, with accurate forecasts.
• Develop and deliver joint GTM initiatives and enablement content.
• Build executive-level relationships to drive alignment and joint planning.
• Develop annual and quarterly business plans per partner with targets.
• Represent Abnormal at partner events and industry conferences.
• Serve as escalation point for pre-sales and post-sales issues.
• Manage partner lifecycle transitions into the managed phase with structured joint planning.
