Job summary

You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, engaging with C-level stakeholders to map data needs to AWS storage solutions. The role requires deep knowledge of storage technologies and the ability to design end-to-end storage architectures across SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud/hybrid deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets.
• Experience selling to C-level executives.
• Experience developing go to market plans.
• 2+ years of experience in IT storage.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quotas for storage solutions across territories or named accounts.
• Solution Development: Design storage solutions including SAN, NAS, object storage and cloud/hybrid architectures.
• Account Planning: Develop strategic account plans to maximize wallet share.
• Technical Discovery: Lead sessions to assess environments and quantify impact of storage needs.
• Proposal Development: Create ROI/TCO analyses and competitive differentiation.
• Sales Cycle Management: Own cycle from prospecting to close, including PO/contract.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with solution architects, services, and customer teams.
• Pipeline Development: Maintain a healthy pipeline via prospecting and referrals.
• Market Intelligence: Track storage trends and inform product roadmaps.
