Qualifications
- 7+ years of technology sales experience selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services.
- 5+ years of direct field experience selling software or cloud solutions.
- Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
- Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: meet quotas for storage solutions across assigned territory.
- Solution Development: design storage solutions with SAN, NAS, object storage, and cloud storage.
- Account Planning: create strategic account plans to maximize wallet share.
- Technical Discovery: lead sessions to assess environments and quantify impacts of storage issues.
- Proposal Development: craft ROI and TCO-based business cases for storage solutions.
- Sales Cycle Management: manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to close.
