Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Principal, WW Storage GTM Specialist to drive go-to-market programs for high-performance object storage workloads and support global storage growth. You will lead cross-functional teams, engage with executive level partners, and build scalable enablement tools to showcase AWS storage value to enterprise and mid-market customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute/Edge/Hybrid/Security/Networking).
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of working with Advanced Compute technologies (Accelerated/High Performance/ Visual/IoT).
• 7+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies (Mainframe/Serverless/Containers/Cloud Operations).
• 7+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies (AI/ML/Analytics/Database/Storage).
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AWS services and industry teams to identify workloads that impact our storage services.
• Map technology to customer business scenarios to improve operational outcomes with AWS storage services.
• Build sales enablement tools and evangelize our platform to enterprise and mid-market customers and partners.
• Act as a trusted business advisor, deep dive into data, create high impact programs and track progress.
• Lead remote teams to drive AWS adoption in key storage workloads.
• Lead GTM to orchestrate sales motions across sales, marketing, partner, product, training and services.
• Create best-in-class field enablement and sales strategy in storage domain.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive AWS roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership at industry events.
