Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Worldwide Technical Business Development team for Storage and Data Protection. You will own the end-to-end GTM strategy to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success at a global scale.

You will hire and coach a world-class team, define segmentation, and build programs that accelerate migration from on-premises and competitors, partnering with service teams to influence roadmaps and track performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leading large teams in a matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience communicating with multi-stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and retain a world-class team of Technical Business Development specialists.
• Own and execute the worldwide GTM strategy for Storage and Data Protection, including revenue targets and market share growth.
• Define customer segmentation and develop targeted go-to-market plays for key workloads.
• Build and scale programs that drive adoption and migration from on-premises and competitive solutions.
• Partner with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps and surface customer requirements.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with ISV, consulting, and SI partners.
• Establish metrics and deliver regular business reviews to leadership with insights and actions.
• Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, customer stories, and executive presentations.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership on territory strategies and opportunity execution for strategic customers.
