• Bachelor's degree and five years of professional experience working with international students.
• Experience advising F-1 international students and J-1 exchange visitors.
• Strong intercultural and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage application and immigration processes as DHS Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for sponsored and exchange students.
• Oversee student information systems ensuring data integrity and cross-system synchronization.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with sponsoring agencies and academic departments.
• Design and deliver training workshops for students and stakeholders.
• Represent the University in meetings with partners and agencies.
