Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of professional experience working with international students in a higher education environment.
• Strong skills in professional and intercultural communication and public speaking.
• Equivalent combination or substitution of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Attend and coordinate sponsored and exchange processes as DS0/ARO for international students.
• Oversee student information systems and ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with ISSS leadership to interpret immigration regulations accurately.
• Provide mentorship to graduate assistants on the student advising team.
• Support and develop partnerships with sponsoring agencies and academic departments.
