Job summary

RepliGen Corporation seeks a Global Product Manager, Spectroscopy & Systems Integration, to lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for spectroscopy technologies and integrated analytical solutions. You will work with Product Management, R&D, Applications, Software and Commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable requirements and drive commercialization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation or life sciences.
• Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware-software solutions preferred.
• Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
• Customer-facing experience and the ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Ability to travel approximately 15% or as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies and connected solutions.
• Translate business objectives and market needs into actionable product requirements and development priorities.
• Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
• Own and prioritize product initiatives using value-based criteria and delivery capacity.
• Define product requirements for integrating spectroscopy with instruments, manufacturing systems and data workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology priorities and roadmaps across platforms.
• Engage customers and external partners to validate needs and advance commercialization opportunities.
• Define KPIs and track performance to inform investments and strategy.
• Support go-to-market readiness, pricing, training and market communications.
