Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Global Product Manager for Spectroscopy & Systems Integration to lead the vision, strategy, and lifecycle for spectroscopy technologies and connected analytical solutions within bioprocessing systems.

The role collaborates with R&D, Applications, Software, Commercial and Operations, and requires translating customer needs into actionable requirements while driving commercialization opportunities and cross-business alignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, life sciences or a related technical discipline.
5+ years of product management, commercial or related experience in analytical instrumentation, life sciences, bioprocessing or another technical market.
Experience with spectroscopy, analytical instruments, connected products or hardware-and-software solutions preferred.
Ability to translate customer and technical needs into practical product requirements and business recommendations.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

Define, own and maintain the product vision, strategy, roadmap and lifecycle for assigned spectroscopy technologies, integration opportunities and connected analytical solutions.
Translate business objectives, customer workflows and market needs into actionable product requirements, initiatives and development priorities.
Communicate short-, mid- and long-term product direction, priorities and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Partner with Product Managers across SoloVPE PLUS and the broader spectroscopy portfolio to align shared technology priorities and integration requirements.
